The course aims at providing the students , then graduates in the class, a basic understanding of method and cultural, scientific and professional content for the legal, economic , political-institutional and organizational-managerial, safety in the field of public administration training, particularly in the central and local organizations, and in the field of complex organisations, including private ones, as well as more specifically in the field of job counselling. For these purposes and for a better marketability of the title on the labor market , the course favors the learning activities that provide knowledge and institutional base enabling students to acquire adequate methodological and cultural skills for the training of multidisciplinary professionals, such as a consultant and expert of administrative processes and of the management and organization of companies, businesses and institutions, able to effectively interpret change and organizational innovation in both public and private administrations; these professionals are able to help public institutions and private organizations and business services in the activities of design and implementation of initiatives to promote the economic, social and civic development of communities, companies and enterprises; they possess skills suitable to implement specific public policies and to contribute to the management of human organizations and labor relations.
Graduates may find the following professional opportunities as: - Officials in public and private administrations; - Labour consultants in public and private companies; - Self-employees; - Employment in professional offices, credit and financial companies. Graduate may have direct access to the 2nd cycle degree Course in Public Administration Science (Lm-63).
To obtain the degree, students must have acquired 180 credits including those relating to the final examination (3 credits). The final test has the objective of assessing the level of maturity and critical skills of the undergraduate, with respect to learning and to the acquired knowledge, on completion of the activities provided by the course syllabus. The final examination consists of a written or oral test, in accordance with the rules fixed every year by the Degree Course Regulations for the final examination, respecting and consistent to the calendar, the ministerial requirements and to the relevant Guidelines of the University.
