Course info
At the centre of the training course there is the construction of social capital and the management of relationships within community organizations, with particular reference to the prevention and support in the various forms of integration and development of individuals, groups and communities. Basic knowledge is related not only to the pedagogical, teaching-methodological, philosophical, psychological, sociological and anthropological disciplines, but finds its natural development within the application in both geographical and economic contexts and a method for integrating learning and skills with respect to the planning in community work: construction of community profiles, organizational maps of the individual – community- context relationship. The labour market will be a constant point of reference with respect to the the social demand for skills in the areas of Area Plans and in application of the Law 328/ 00 . Students, through training activities and internships in social enterprises, can directly experience the observation of the issues and skills needed to develop a professional identity.
